Basic Package:

  • 2 hours full facility rental

  • Up to 40 participants 

  • Best for ages 6+ 

  • 100% private

  • 100% dedicated staff of 4 skilled coaches and host

  • Concierge service with full customization of your event 

  • 90 minutes of indoor coach-led activities and open play, or custom format

  • 30 minutes of indoor/outdoor celebration time on porch or in lounge

$1,000 base price

Add ons:

  • Additional participants $20 each

  • Additional hour $400 (if available)

  • Additional or specially requested staff $100/per request

Rental FAQ

  • YES! We will even help you carry it in and set it up! We have a full sized fridge and freezer available for use.

  • YES! You may come as early as 30 minutes before the start of the rental to set up food and decorations if you wish. Please remove decorations after party. Don't worry we'll help! Don’t want to decorate? NO PROBLEM!

  • YES! ALWAYS! Get comfortable at Playformance and know we are not going to rush you through your event or split the focus with another customer. Your booking is a full facility rental, this means that nobody else will be in the gym other than your guests and our team of dedicated coaches! We will focus totally on you and your guests.

  • Guest will play customized games and be invited to explore freely in our beautiful 7,000 sq ft indoor playground! Coaches will customize the event for your groups needs and wants.

  • Playformance believes that play is the best tool for connecting people and building memories that you and your group will treasure forever. Your event is special and you deserve the one on one attention that only Playformance will provide. From booking through event, we are there to help this be a one-of-a-kind experience. We offer a 100% guarantee and will not be happy unless you are happy.

  • Both! Playformance uses PLAY to unite groups and form memorable connections. Everyone, at every age can benefit from the experience of playing together. Your support team will walk you through our options when you book.

  • There is a pay lot directly adjacent to Playformance on the east side of the building. This lot charges an hourly fee on weekends. You can streamline your parking process on the day of the party by downloading the GoTucson downtown parking app ahead of time and creating an account. All the metered parking along the street is free on weekends. There are MANY other lots and spaces very close to Playformance. Here is a map of all the downtown parking!
