Playformance ESA Policy

Thank you for your interest in signing up for a Playformance class or camp with ESA monies. Please see the attached Accreditation Attestation Form showing Playformance as an approved vendor. We accept ESA for all of our classes and camps.

There are a few ways we do this: 

  1. If you have an ESA debit card, this is the easiest and most streamlined way to use ESA. You will create a separate account for each child with an ESA debit card (this will require separate emails) and then you can use that account to sign up for classes and camps online. 

  2. If you do not have an ESA debit card, we can help you sign up through Class Wallet. If you choose to use Class Wallet, you must sign up for the whole semester of a class (parkour or homeschool). No drop ins. We will get you signed up and create an invoice for you to submit to Class Wallet to reimburse us. Please email Katie@playformancetucson.com to do this. 

  3. To use Class Wallet or reimbursement to sign up for camps and special offerings, please email Katie at least 7 days in advance of the start date. Requests for camp and special events received within a week of the start date may not be able to be accommodated. 

  4. If you would like to drop-in to a homeschool class you will need to pay out of pocket. We will give you a receipt to submit to Class Wallet for reimbursement. You may also need to pay out of pocket for any camp or special event sign ups received less than 7 days before the start date. 

  5. Sibling Discount policy: If you would like to benefit from the sibling discount, you must pay in one transaction in order for the discount to auto-apply. If your children have separate ESA debit cards or separate accounts, the sibling discount will not apply. 6. All invoices and receipt requests must be submitted to Katie (Katie@playformancetucson.com) no later than 3 months after the scheduled event. Any receipt or invoice request received more than 3 months after the scheduled event may not be accommodated.

Makeup policy: Each student may use two (2) makeups per semester for missed classes after the date of the missed class at Open Gym (if availability). There are NO REFUNDS for ESA purchases. If you need to cancel the class or have extenuating circumstances, please email Katie@playformancetucson.com and credit or another option may be available on a case by case basis.
