Q: How much does the PE Project Cost?

Q: What ages are the video for?
A: There are 4 different choices. Lower Elementary (1st-3rd), 1 for Upper Elementary (4th-6th) and 1 for Middle Schoolers. When you enroll you can choose the video series you would like.
Q: Do you have videos for Pre K?
A: No, but we feel the Kindergarten video will work great for your Pre K child as well.
Q: How long are the videos?
A: Each video will last 20-30 minutes.
Q: What equipment will my child need?
A: A yoga mat will be recommended as well as a water bottle and other house hold items.
Q: What will my child learn?
A: All lessons will follow the National PE Standards and those who enroll for the entire year can expect that most standards will be met.Your child will also learn easy to follow Food Rules, breathing techniques to reduce stress and anger, how to set and achieve goals. Also, each lesson will have a journal prompt at the end which will encourage writing and drawing!
